Key Responsibilities:
Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential safety hazards and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
Safety Program Development: Design, implement, and manage safety programs that comply with relevant safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ANSI).
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all safety practices are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into safety incidents and near misses, determine root causes, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Safety Training: Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, contractors, and management.
Safety Audits & Inspections: Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of facilities, machinery, and work practices to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
