QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Land surveying/Civil Engineering
- Experience of minimum 2 years in civil works
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in using GPS devices total stations and CAD software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations GPS and surveying software
- Measure and map property boundaries topography elevations and other relevant data
- Prepare detailed survey reports and drawings
- Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals to ensure survey data is accurate and meets project requirements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Keep abreast of new technology and advancements in land surveying techniques
