Job Summary & Purpose:
Responsible for service delivery and revenue of service center by effectively managing all aspects of
Service center like assisting customers visiting the service center sales and customer experience
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
1 Assisting the customers visiting the service center regarding repair enquiry
2 Basic technical checks while accepting customers device for service & delivering customers device
3 Upsell screen protectors Microsoft office gift cards and accessories to customers
4 Installation of Microsoft office antivirus to customers & data transfer
5 Educate and sell myTechbench service to customers
6 Manage nontechnical activity of the service center e.g. device arrangement billing & payments
7 Maintain the place clean and tidy
8 Provide customer experience which leads to good Csat score

Experience(Yrs& Field) : 12 years experience in retail sales of any industry
Educational Qualification : Graduate

Experience (Yrs. & Field): 3 years Educational Qualification: Graduate Skills & Abilities: - Expert level proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint Attention to detail is a must - You are aware of the latest retail marketing trends and are IT savvy with hands on experience with marketing related software.
