Senior Business Analyst - Luxoft

We are looking for a Business Analyst Analytics & Business Intelligence to join our team. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and analytical teams to support the development and implementation of datadriven solutions.

The Business Analyst (BA) will work closely with stakeholders across various

departments to understand their requirements challenges and identify opportunities for improving business process supporting strategic decisionmaking through analytics. The BA will work with data engineers data stewards dashboard developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and analytical solutions.

To be successful in this role the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements as well as being able to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights and recommendations is a must.

The candidate should understand the basic concepts of dashboard design data analytics and have experience with data management data warehousing or business intelligence projects.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science

Information Systems or related field.

35 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in business

intelligence and analytics projects.

Strong understanding of data management principles data warehousing

and business intelligence concepts.

Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements user

stories and functional specifications.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or

similar.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively

collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple

projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.

Knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis is a plus.

Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) or relevant BI tools is a plus.
