PSBD Security gaurd

We are seeking highly vigilant and responsible PSBD Security Guards to join our team in the UAE. The role involves ensuring the safety and security of personnel property and information. The ideal candidate will have experience in security services and a strong understanding of the guidelines set by the Private Security Business Department (PSBD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveillance: Monitor and patrol assigned areas including but not limited to residential buildings commercial premises and public spaces to detect suspicious activities and ensure the safety of the premises.
  
• Access Control: Manage entry and exit points ensuring only authorized personnel are granted access to restricted areas. Check identification and enforce security procedures.
  
• Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies alarms and incidents. Provide clear and accurate reports to supervisors and relevant authorities.
  
• Customer Service: Assist visitors and clients with directions information and support as needed while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to the security policies procedures and regulations as stipulated by PSBD and other relevant UAE authorities.
  
• Report Writing: Prepare and submit detailed reports on daily activities incidents and suspicious behavior observed during shifts.
  
• Equipment Management: Ensure proper handling and maintenance of security equipment such as surveillance cameras alarm systems and communication devices.
  

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in security services preferably within the UAE.
  
• PSBD License: Must hold a valid PSBD license issued by the UAE government.
  
• Physical Fitness: Excellent physical condition with the ability to perform strenuous tasks.
  
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and strong observational skills.
  
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  
• Additional security training or certifications will be an advantage.
  

Working Conditions:

• The position may require working in shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
  
• The role involves standing for long periods and performing physical tasks as required.
