In this role, your key responsibilities include:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in the real estate industry with a focus on financial institutions, real estate developers and government bodies in order to identify new potential leads and achieve set targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing personalised solutions in order to fully understand their requirements and make suggest potential new products.
Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations in order to showcase the value and benefits of our real estate services.
