IT Sales Director

We are seeking a visionary Sales Director to join our clients team in Abu Dhabi Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and leading teams within the software AI big data IoT and robotics sectors. This role is critical in developing and executing strategies to meet sales targets and expand the companys market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the software AI big data IoT and robotics sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the software AI big data IoT and robotics industries.
• Strong network within the technology sector in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
