SEO and Google Ads Expert - Royal Lounge Properties

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO and Google Ads Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization strategies and Google Ads campaigns with a proven track record of driving traffic and conversions in the real estate market. This role is crucial in enhancing our online presence and ensuring our luxury properties reach the right audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization specifically tailored to the real estate market.
• Optimize website content meta tags and other onpage elements for search engines.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Create manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI for our real estate listings.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze ad performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant ad copy and landing pages.
• Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and best practices in SEO and SEM particularly within the real estate sector.
• Provide regular reports on SEO and PPC performance including insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist and Google Ads Expert preferably with experience in the real estate market.
• Indepth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs etc.
• Experience with keyword research onpage optimization and link building.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
• Experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Google Ads Certification) are a plus.
