Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance plans and strategies that align with organizational goals and project requirements. Establish and enforce quality standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance. Create detailed test plans, including objectives, scope, resources, and schedules. Develop test cases and scenarios based on requirements and specifications. Execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and security of products. Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle. Work closely with development teams to resolve defects and ensure timely remediation. Conduct performance testing to ensure the product meets required performance benchmarks.
