Roles & Responsibilities
Represent the HR operations professionally and partner with departments to achieve the goals.
Ensure the implementation of quality and efficiency in delivering the HR services with continues development
Track employee separations to ensure timely repatriation.
Maintain Human Resources Information System so as to provide accurate employee records that comply with all applicable general and local laws
Conduct investigations and submit recommendations and support in the administration of the disciplinary process
Handle employees' related queries, grievances on regular basis to ensure fairness and consistency in all HR related approaches
Collaborate to solve the employee’s related issues.
