Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
Manage project budgets and track expenses.
Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting of project progress.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project.
Maintain a high level of quality control and ensure work is completed to specifications.
