Hiring for a large cryptocurrency company in Abu Dhabi.



Brand Strategy Development: Crafting longterm brand strategies that align with the companys business objectives target audiences and market trends.

Brand Positioning: Defining and continuously refining the brands value proposition messaging and positioning in a highly competitive and fastevolving market.

Marketing Campaigns: Overseeing the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brands message and drive engagement.

Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of marketing and creative professionals to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.

Partnership Management: Collaborating with external stakeholders partners and influencers to expand brand reach and credibility.

Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends consumer behavior and competitor actions to inform brand strategies.

Creative Direction: Guiding the creative direction for branding materials including website design promotional materials and advertising campaigns.

Performance Tracking: Analyzing brand performance metrics and ROI of branding initiatives to make datadriven decisions and optimize strategies.

Public Relations: Overseeing public relations activities and often acting as a spokesperson for the brand to build and maintain its public image.

Brand Guidelines: Establishing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all forms of communication and visual identity.

Risk Management: Anticipating and managing risks that could impact the brands reputation.




Requirements



  • A minimum of a bachelors degree in marketing business communications or a related field is required.
  • An MBA or masters degree in marketing or branding is advantageous.
  • Extensive experience (810 years) in marketing branding or communications roles with a significant portion of that experience ideally being at a managerial or a strategic level.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and driving successful branding initiatives.
  • An indepth understanding of the cryptocurrency sector blockchain technology and digital marketing trends.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful branding projects and campaigns.
  • The ability to develop and implement highlevel brand strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • A creative mindset vital for guiding brand identity and marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in analyzing brand performance metrics and market data.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities often including public speaking and PR skills.
  • Capability to adjust strategies quickly in a highly volatile and rapidly changing market.
  • Expertise in digital marketing techniques social media SEO content marketing and understanding how to leverage them for branding.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders including partners vendors and internal teams.
