Roles & Responsibilities
· Coordinate with the Personnel & Administrative Officer on issues relating to new recruits in terms of visas, housing, and all licenses and documentation required for legal purposes.
· Prepare all necessary Arabic documents relating to visas, sponsorship, labour cards, licenses and permits for submission to the appropriate authorities.
· Liaise with the HR personnel to ensure that the personnel files include all of the up-to-date records and information requested by regulations prevailing in the UAE.
· Follow up on the company’s behalf with all relevant government authorities, banks, insurance companies, etc.
· Maintain an up-to-date copy of all laws and regulations related to the company’s staff.
· Enhance the company database for all legal documents related to the company and its employees.
