Job Title: Executive Assistant to Chairman (Female)

Location: UAE (United Arab Emirates)

Job Type: Fulltime

Exp: 8 yrs. Minimum

Nationality: All nationalities are encouraged to apply except for Russians Syrians Goans South Indians and Sindhis.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide personalized administrative support to the Chairman of our organization. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a fastpaced environment excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with international clients customers and employees.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Chairmans schedule including organizing appointments meetings and travel arrangements.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents.

Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings and appointments.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Coordinate and facilitate the Chairmans daily activities ensuring effective time management.

Liaise with international clients customers and employees as needed.

Perform administrative duties including filing copying scanning and organizing documents.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

Must currently reside in the UAE.

Experience working with international clients customers or employees preferred.

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

Discretion and confidentiality.

Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
