Flight Simulator Support Technical Assistant

Complete the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program under the mentorship of an assigned FSTD Support Engineer or Technician. Acquire basic familiarity and knowledge on all aspects of FSTD support technical work with a focus on the completion of routine activities, such as the Preventive Maintenance Tasks (PMTs), Daily Readiness (DR), & Aircraft Database updates on the various training devices in the operation. After completing the OJT program, perform Preventive Maintenance Tasks (PMTs), Daily Readiness (DR), Recurrent QTG runs, Aircraft Database updates, & IOS Lesson Plan (LP) updates on the training devices & associated systems. The more complex PMTs & QTGs are performed under the supervision of a FSTD Support Generalist. Keep the associated records up to date. Action deficiencies associated with these tasks.
