MEP Technician

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks and daily visual inspections on major data center equipment. Daily checking healthiness of all facilities equipment s and keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Repair and maintenance work on a wide range of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, ELV equipment. Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility MEP systems. Maintain and operate all MEP related systems, associated equipment, electrical equipment, building management system. Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations. Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus. Create the Job cards in CAFM (FSI) Mobile App as per Site requirements and close the Job cards on which Engineer assigns.
