Must Responsibilities:
• Identify and troubleshoot payroll processing issues, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery
• Maintain strong understanding of relevant tax and compliance regulations
• Provide training and support to end-users on the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll system
• Collaborate with the client's HR team to optimize payroll processes and workflows
• Strong understanding of payroll concepts, calculations, and deductions
• Experience with data migration and integration processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification (C_HCMPAY and C_HRHPC) is a plus.
