Consultant Specialist Radiology

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret medical images, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and ultrasounds
• Diagnose and evaluate abnormalities and diseases based on imaging findings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide clear and concise written reports to referring physicians
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain the integrity of imaging operations and equipment
• Stay updated on advancements and emerging technologies in radiology
  
  

Requirements

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Radiology Consultant/Specialist
• Proven experience in interpreting a wide range of medical imaging
• Thorough understanding of radiology principles, practices, and imaging techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret imaging findings
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to accurately analyze and document imaging results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with radiology information systems (RIS) and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS)
