Handles Parts and service sales to fleet customers
Take ownership of customer parts & service issues and follow-up through closure of issues
Visit Customer jobsite shop or maintenance facilities to observe and develop an awareness of the potential parts or service needs and record information into computer database (CRM)
Become familiar with Customer machines & applications
Respond to all Customer request courteously and professionally in a timely and responsive manner
Maintains a prospecting system to ensure additional business and contribute to the achievement of sales targets
Raise invoices / sales slips / obtain credit authorization to ensure timely closure of the sales deal
Advise management of loss sales / parts non-availability for management to take appropriate action
Handle return spare parts as per policy
Generate orders and upload on OEM portals based on parts movement to ensure parts availability required to maintain maximum service level
Analyze the exception reports on critical stocks, lost sales, excess stocks etc. and take corrective action where necessary to improve parts availability and minimize stock obsolescence
Create article master data as and when required to ensure correct data on the system
Track shipments and coordinate with logistics for parts consignment to ensure stocks are received on time
Ensure the documentation / payment is in line as required by the principals to avoid delays in shipment
Ensures regulatory requirements are in line for the warehouse facility
