الوصف الوظيفي
- Lead and manage process engineering activities for offshore oil and gas projects.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets for process engineering scope.
- Ensure all process engineering deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and review process design documents, including PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and process simulations.
- Perform process simulations and calculations to design efficient and safe process systems.
- Specify and select process equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the process engineering team.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Conduct technical reviews and audits to ensure design integrity and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare technical specifications and evaluate bids for process equipment and services.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely delivery and quality of equipment and services.
- Oversee factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) for process equipment.
- Ensure all process designs comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses (e.g., HAZOP, HAZID) related to process systems.
- Implement and oversee process safety management (PSM) systems and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Support commissioning and startup activities, ensuring process systems are correctly installed and operational.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues during commissioning and initial operation phases.
- Provide training and support to operations and maintenance personnel.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including design calculations, datasheets, and as-built drawings.
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders.
- Ensure documentation is archived and maintained according to company procedures.
