Key Responsibilities:
• Provide training, guidance and leadership to all Contracts and Procurement employees.
• Review all program activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements and program objectives.
• Act as prime interface, verbally and in writing, between program management and the Foreign Government Oversight Committee on contractual matters.
• Interface with corporate headquarters, in-country legal counsel and others as required.
• Perform quality work as part of the ISO 9001Quality Management System program.
• Review and evaluate customer requests for changes or revisions to the contract.
• Coordinate with financial and functional management in developing prime contract proposals.
