Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our online presence drive organic traffic and increase our search engine rankings. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices a passion for staying current with industry trends and the ability to work collaboratively with our marketing and content teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development:
• Develop execute and monitor SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for growth.
• OnPage Optimization:
• Optimize website content meta tags headers and images for SEO.
• Ensure website structure and navigation enhance user experience and SEO performance.
• Implement and maintain schema markup and structured data.
• OffPage Optimization:
• Develop and execute linkbuilding strategies to acquire highquality backlinks.
• Monitor and manage our online presence on various platforms.
• Collaborate with influencers bloggers and industry experts to enhance our brand visibility.
• Content Strategy:
• Work closely with the content team to develop SEOfriendly content.
• Provide guidance on content creation and optimization based on keyword research.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
• Technical SEO:
• Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues.
• Ensure website speed mobilefriendliness and security are optimized.
• Implement and maintain SEO tools and plugins.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics Search Console and other SEO software.
• Provide regular reports on website traffic rankings and conversion rates.
• Use datadriven insights to continuously refine and improve SEO strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business IT or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Indepth knowledge of search engine algorithms ranking factors and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs and Moz.
• Strong understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay uptodate with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress).
• Familiarity with local SEO strategies and best practices.
• Knowledge of PPC and other digital marketing strategies.
