الوصف الوظيفي
- Understand Project Material Requisitions for Heat Exchangers, Shell and Tube, Air Cooled Units.
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Research potential vendors and develop supply chain
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends / risks
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Prepare cost analyses
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
- Shall able to understand and implement client specification.
- Able to Handle sub-contractors and shall approve the procedures.
- Incoming materials GRN.
- Preparation of material traceability records and prepare test certificates.
- Shall have worked with U stamp companies.
- Review of drawings and Material specifications.
- Preparation of in process and final documentation
- Good understanding of ISO procedures and requirements
