About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating complex oral and facial conditions that require surgical intervention. You will perform a wide range of surgical procedures, such as extractions, dental implant placements, jaw reconstructions, and facial trauma reconstructions. Collaboration with other dental and medical professionals will be crucial to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' oral and facial conditions, considering their medical and dental histories
- Create personalized treatment plans and perform surgical procedures as needed
- Perform extractions, dental implant placements, jaw reconstructions, and facial trauma reconstructions
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases, infections, and deformities
- Collaborate with dental and medical specialists to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in oral and maxillofacial surgery
Requirements
- Hold dental and medical degrees
- Proven experience in performing various oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
- Expertise in advanced surgical techniques and technologies
- In-depth knowledge of oral and maxillofacial anatomy, pathology, and treatment principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
