Duties and Responsibilities
Provide project specific and general administrative support services to Project Managers and other project and operations staff.
Oversee and provide administration of a customer order from receipt through project set-up to project closure.
Ensure assigned projects are maintained in the company business systems in an accurate and timely manner.
Communicate with customers and suppliers in relation to specific project matters as required and as directed by the Project Manager.
Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve executive, administrative, and line and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties
