We are seeking a skilled Web Developer/ SEO/Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us build and maintain our web presence and to enhance our online presence drive organic and paid traffic and improve our search engine visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Websites: Design code and modify websites from layout to function according to specifications.
• Responsive Design: Ensure site is fully functional across all devices and browsers.
• Content Management: Integrate and manage website content through CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress Drupal).
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to web development and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers SEO specialists and other team members to produce highquality web solutions.
• Code Management: Utilize version control systems (e.g. Git) to manage code changes and collaborate with other developers.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize website performance for speed and scalability.
• Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect websites and user data.
• SEO Strategy: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities.
• OnPage SEO: Optimize website content meta descriptions title tags and other onpage elements.
• OffPage SEO: Develop and execute offpage SEO strategies including link building and social media engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software (e.g. Ahrefs SEMrush).
• Stay Updated: Keep uptodate with the latest SEO trends algorithm changes and best practices.
• Technical SEO: Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary changes to improve site health and performance.
• Google Ads Campaigns: Create manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve business goals.
• Budget Management: Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and other web development languages SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics Google Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush)

Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g. React Angular Vue.js) and google ads

Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g. Node.js PHP Ruby on Rails).

Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.

Familiarity with database systems (e.g. MySQL MongoDB) and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)

Understanding of SEO principles.
