Cryogenics Technician

Day to day responsibility for the management, safe operation and regular maintenance of Liquified gases road tankers, components and associated transfer system. This includes the line system, valves, NRV’s, compressors, heat exchangers etc. Using a computer to run, fault find and keep records for the tankers. Maintaining electronic records of testing and calibration data. Maintaining Electrical Panel and associated components with electronic record. Day-to-day responsibility for the management, safe operation and regular maintenance of the liquified gases road tankers. Including associated pipe work and automatic decanting system. Identifying & rectifying faults when they occur. Servicing and repair of all vacuum pumps in tankers, maintaining service records, ordering spares and service parts. Stock of running spares, order and reconciliation.
