We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager Operations (PMO) to join the team in Dubai UAE. As PMO you will manage the contractual relationship between EthosEnergy and its customers ensuring the customers CTQs are delivered in line with contractual requirements and EthosEnergy obligations across the Middle East and Africa region.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively manage the Health and Safety onsite for all Company personnel and promote a safe working environment and culture;
- Ensure all processes and procedures are carried out in accordance with the Companys HSE policies and guidelines;
- Ensure that the Company meets its contractual obligations to the customer on time within budget safely and to the highest quality standard;
- Prepare and submit contract deliverables including reports notices invoices
- Update turnover folder with OTR documents cost forecasts and margin reviews
- Actively seek new opportunities with the customer and liaise with the Sales team as appropriate to deliver extra work and value add to customers;
- Ensure contract KPIs are met or exceeded to ensure the Company maximise any opportunity for contract bonus;
- Minimise schedule variation and be responsive to customer issues and the turnaround of these to remain within project/PO timescales;
- Identify technical issues that may impact delivery of contract and work with relevant departments and management to find a suitable resolution;
- Maintain effective relationships with both customers and internal staff including site leads and Technical Field Advisors workshop supervision Supply chain and Logistics;
- Maintain
- Prepare and submit weekly monthly and quarterly reports to line management as required;
- Regular cost control and financial monitoring ensuring reporting is submitted timeously;
- Ensure planned and extra works revenue is billed and collected in line with contractual requirements;
- Ensuring prompt and accurate billing addressing any invoice queries promptly to minimise payment delays;
- Generation and issue of internal and external POs;
- Ensure the service excellence framework is adhered to at all times including pre and post job meetings with internal and external suppliers;
- Gather and implement lessons learned;
- Ensure Method Statements Risk Assessments Quality plans for all jobs onsite are created by the field service team and communicate.
- Ensure Scorecards are maintained with accurate data on KPIs and close out is completed promptly after job completion
- Review and approve all reports issued to customers
- Any other reasonable duties as directed by management.
Required Skills / Knowledge

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Experience
- Proven working experience in a similar power Oil & Gas or process industry environment.
Education Requirements
- Minimum HND level in Mechanical Engineering or demonstrable time served as a Mechanical Engineer;
- Industry recognised Project Management qualification i.e. APMP Prince2 or equivalent advantageous.
Physical Requirements
- Physically fit and able to travel and work in hot and humid environments
