UG MENA team focuses on maximising DNU & DAU growth in the MENA region via following a datadriven usercentric global approach and leveraging growth levers including but not limited to Paid Ads Preloads Organic (ASO) Referall & rewards and Partnerships.
Job Description
- Responsible for diversified growth strategies by campaigns and being accountable for growth metrics.
- Drive operational actions and decisions with data and experiments to enhance conversion rates in growth funnels such as penetration user acquisition and user activation.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative research to understand the audience by activity operations to convert target audiences and review the effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product data algorithm and marketing teams to drive the implementation and rapid iteration of growth projects. Also collaborate with relevant teams to interface with PR Ops MKT etc. and be responsible for maintaining and communicating with cooperative partners.

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:- Proficient in global user growth channels and strategies with successful experience in advertising viral marketing content distribution and grassroots promotion. Familiarity with growth experiences in the MENA market is a plus.
- Skilled in deep data analysis clear logical thinking adept at resource integration and strong execution capability.
- Demonstrates good project management skills ability to work under pressure and resultsoriented mindset.
Preferred qualifications:- Over 4 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of experience in global user growth including but not limited to product operations and strategic roles.
