الوصف الوظيفي
The Ideal candidate should apply if they have the following:
- Under 2 years of business experience
- Previous experience in team admin roles or roles that require heavy calendar/booking management
- Strong written and verbal communication ss as well as experience being proactive and responsive to stakeholders of various levels of seniority
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal ss with an ambition to grow within the organization
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, among other MS programs
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and adapt to change
- Strong stakeholder management – Have an ability to collaborate with local teams and global clients both internally and externally
