الوصف الوظيفي
- Read and understand product schematics and assembly instructions.
- Take part in product development meetings.
- Verify dimensions and product specifications.
- Ensure that all the required parts for assembly are present.
- Mark cutting lines on material.
- Ensure that all parts are properly fitted, aligned and screwed in.
- Ensure that quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a production schedule.
- Test products for their functionality.
- Troubleshoot and stress testing products to minimize problems or recalls.
- Responsible for all kind of fabricating work in accordance to the assigned job.
- Usage of safety equipment relevant to the assigned Job.
- Initiate a Preventive Action Request when he realises there is a chance of failure system.
- Assist with cleaning workshop, tools, facilities, equipment.
- Provide labour services as required
- Up and download material and equipment
- Ensure trucks and equipment are safe and securely packed and stored
- Maintain the working area clean
- Regular check-up on machines and tools.
- Reduce the wastage / scrap.
- Report product malfunctions.
- Adhere to safety regulations.
