Reporting to the Client Engagement & Digital executive the intern will be responsible of:
CRM & Clienteling
She/he will support the Client Engagement & Digital Executive and the 3 businesses counterpart on the implementation of the clienteling actions
- Support the operational execution of Clienteling activation (emailers digital cards print cards brochures)
- Support the adoption of retail clienteling tools and liaise with HQ (Paris) for bug fix and improvements
- Accompany the deployment of new features on the clienteling tool
- Provide monthly KPIS on clienteling actions clients listings report and various ROI calculation for all network
- Support in adhoc queries related to events marketing activities
DATA MANAGEMENT
- Contribute to database growth and enrichment by looking at accuracy & quality of the data reporting duplicate profile establishing dashboard to follow up data capture/corrections
- Reconciliate & link data from different database to provide insights on clients of our various network
CLIENT INSIGHTS
- Support on specific analysis linked to client database and profiles
- Ability to present data on a visual way
Profile:
You have a master degree (business school university master) and have a first experience in data marketing and CRM with an analytical background.
You are Tech Savvy highly mastering excel (advance pivot index match vlookup) familiar with Power BI while understanding the client needs and behaviors.
Your communication skills are one of your strength as it will be key for you to understand internal partners needs & challenges from retail and office.
You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a can do mindset which allow you to overcome challenges and to find solution.
You are proactive dynamic with a capacity to adapt to a fastmoving environment.
Previous experience with Adobe Campaign would be a plus.
English is a must Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.
Internship based in Dubai 6 months
