Innoveo - Developer - Expleo Group

We are looking for a talented Innoveo LowCode Insurance Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging the Innoveo Skye lowcode platform to design develop and implement innovative insurance solutions. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable applications using lowcode development methodologies.

• Utilize the Innoveo Skye lowcode platform to design develop and customize insurance applications and solutions according to business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts product owners and stakeholders to gather and understand functional and technical requirements.
• Configure and extend the capabilities of the Innoveo Skye platform to meet specific business needs including workflow automation data modeling and integration with external systems.
• Develop and maintain application components including user interfaces business logic and data models using lowcode development tools and technologies.
• Implement best practices for software development including version control testing and documentation.
• Perform unit testing and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability security and performance of developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues and provide timely resolution to ensure smooth operation of deployed applications.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers testers and project managers to deliver highquality solutions on time and within budget.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to lowcode development and insurance domain and recommend innovative solutions to enhance platform capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members as needed.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing applications using lowcode platforms with specific experience in the Innoveo Skye platform preferred.
• Solid understanding of insurance domain concepts and processes including policy administration claims management and underwriting.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript Java or C# and experience with web development frameworks (React Angular Vue.js).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with RESTful APIs microservices architecture and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL as well as experience with data modeling and database design.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently manage priorities and adapt to changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications in lowcode development and/or insurance technology (e.g. Innoveo Skye Developer ACORD Certified Expert) are a plus.
