Position Overview: As a Marketing Specialist in the Jewelry Industry you will be
responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to
promote our jewelry products and brand. You will work closely with the marketing
team designers and sales department to create compelling marketing
campaigns that drive brand awareness engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing
strategies to promote our jewelry products considering target audience
market trends and competitive landscape.
2. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing
campaigns across various channels including digital social media print
events and partnerships.
3. Content Creation: Collaborate with designers and content creators to
develop highquality visual and written content for marketing materials
including social media posts website content email newsletters and
advertising campaigns.
4. Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing channels including social
media platforms email marketing search engine optimization (SEO) and
payperclick (PPC) advertising to increase brand visibility and drive
website traffic.
5. Social Media Management: Create and manage social media content
calendars engage with followers and monitor social media trends to
maintain an active and engaging social media presence.
6. Brand Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of
the brand identity ensuring consistency across all marketing materials
and communications.
7. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to
identify opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends and
consumer preferences.
8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of
marketing campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools to optimize
campaign effectiveness and ROI.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales
design and product development to align marketing efforts with business
objectives and product launches.
10.Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to
segment and target customers personalize marketing communications
and track customer engagement and feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or related
field.
Proven experience in marketing preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods
industry.
Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically
and execute tactically.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media
management email marketing and web analytics.
Familiarity with graphic design software and content creation tools is a
plus.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpaced
environment.
Passion for jewelry and fashion trends with a keen eye for aesthetics and
attention to detail.
Additional Information:
This is a fulltime position based in Bahrain.
Travel may be required for events trade shows and industry conferences.
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and
qualifications.
