Consultz is supporting a well renowned Investment Management client in the region to hire an Accounting Manager whose primary role is to prepare the company s annual and quarterly consolidated financial statements
Manage specific areas within the companys financial consolidation process.
Develop and maintain finance policies procedures and control systems.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the consolidation process.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee financial consolidation.
Update financial records and ensure compliance with accounting controls.
Produce regular financial reports and analyses for senior management.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes in processes systems and controls.
Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal departments and external auditors.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance
- Must have professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA CIMA CA ACCA)
- 8 years of experience in Finance
- Must have prior experience working at group level roles
