As part of our dedication to excellence, we are seeking a reliable and proactive Concierge/Watchman to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and security of our building.
Responsibilities:
- Security Monitoring:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security of residents and property.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to any suspicious activity or breaches.
- Access Control:
- Manage access to the building, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
- Verify the identity of visitors and assist residents with access to the building and amenities.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist residents with various tasks, such as receiving packages, arranging transportation, and coordinating maintenance requests.
- Building Maintenance:
- Conduct routine inspections of common areas, reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance requests and repairs.
- Emergency Response:
- Act as the first point of contact during emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches.
- Follow established protocols to promptly respond to emergencies, notify authorities if necessary, and assist residents as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, maintenance activities, and resident interactions.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting any incidents, observations, or noteworthy occurrences during shifts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in using security equipment and systems, such as CCTV cameras and access control systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
