Core Responsibilities
• Undertake Channel Profitability tracking and Variance Management.
• Provide business performance comparisons and provide insights for channel performance.
• Identify and implement opportunities for synergy across channels, collaborate among channels benefitting overall sales performance.
• Act as SPOC for Sales and Distribution Incentives.
• Drive Projects and Transformation initiatives
• CRM Process requirements & use of Business Planning Tools for increasing efficiency of front line and the business in general
• Enabling and Tracking Sales plans for designation channels.
• Planning and implementing contests, roll out of communication to front liners and monitoring performance during campaign period.
• Sharing Best Practices Framework with front liners.
