What You’ll Be Doing
- Work in a scrum team dedicated to supporting the cross-functional business units of the Customer First organization and federal stakeholders
- Responsible for the end-to-end solution; including requirement gathering, implementing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and reporting success metrics
- Refine user stories leveraging analysis, interviews, workshops, surveys, and other methodologies
- Craft technical requirement documents, process flows, and functional and system design specifications
- Build and design solutions for Salesforce and related systems, leveraging product analysts, developers and admins as needed
- Skilled to create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test data
- Configure fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, saved searches and dashboards
- Provide production support during system interruptions, including root cause analysis, issue resolution, deployment and remediation
- Lead the documentation of support issues on a wiki(like) platform and update it on an ongoing basis
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- 5+ years of IT experience including 3+ years of hands-on implementation of Experience Cloud, Service Cloud
- Experience with Government Cloud Plus is preferred
- Experience designing and supporting large scale, technically complex solutions on Salesforce and associated ecosystem
- Deep understanding and track record of streamlining functional areas such as Sales, Support, and Customer Experience
- Ability to analyze the business processes and business systems for inefficiencies and lead internal customers to success
- Ability to facilitate recommendations for solutions or improvements and reviewing solutions that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
- Background using one or more of the languages such as APEX, Visualforce, JavaScript, preferred
- Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative
- A “security first” mindset
Salesforce Certifications Preferred (ex. Certified Administrator, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Consultant)
