Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special education needs
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with teachers, parents, and support staff to review student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Provide guidance and support to teachers in implementing strategies and accommodations for students with special needs in the classroom
Collaborate with external agencies and specialists to access additional support services for students with complex needs
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student assessments, progress, and interventions
