Responsibilities:
People Management
Assist the senior management of Technology Operations with setting the overall direction of the team, providing leadership, mentoring and coaching direct reports.
Support the senior management of Technology Operations with establishing and communicating performance standards, ensuring that the team’s and individual KPIs for the L2 Operations team are in line with department, business unit and Core42 strategic goals.
Oversee the performance of the L2 Operations team, provide direction and guidance to the employees on achieving the team’s objectives.
