Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of maritime professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using relevant software and technology tools for operational planning, performance monitoring and reporting.
Knowledge of safety management systems (SMS), risk assessment methodologies, and emergency response procedures in the maritime industry.
