Roles & Responsibilities
The main responsibilities are as follows:
Identifying the project requirements by thoroughly reading the contract terms.
Managing the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned to his team accordingly and is done to achieve the norms mentioned in the contract.
Ensuring that the team understands and follows the requirements laid down in the contracts for smooth running of WCC services.
Reporting to the Head of FM on a regular basis about the project.
To deliver a consistent level of service across site Soft services, within the Company's standards, to the contract specification and agreed KPI performance, qualitative and financial targets
To be accountable for excellent service delivery within the soft services team activities and operational objectives ensuring continuous improvements are made
