Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a HR Recruiter or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Experience with recruitment tools, such as job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies
Understanding of recruitment laws and regulations
Solid knowledge of MS Office
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with the oil and gas industry is a plus
