Roles & Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and meets safety standards
Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs for all kitchen equipment
Collaborate with other team members to coordinate equipment maintenance schedules
Order and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies for kitchen equipment
Provide training to kitchen staff on proper operation and maintenance of equipment
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing job duties
