• Providing hardware and software maintenance services
• Helping users troubleshoot technical issues
• Managing accounts for on boarding and dismissal purposes
• Test and evaluate new technology
• Perform onsite and remote tech support troubleshooting of hardware, software and networking issues for various internal clients.
• Perform tech support fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and application.
• Oversees and performs the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, networks, workstations and/or other related equipment and devices.
• Maintains currency of knowledge with respect to technology, equipment, applicable laws, regulations, standards and/or systems.
