- Draft, review, and update website terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), non-compete agreements (NCAs), invoice terms, and payment terms.
- Review and advise on contracts for employees, collaborators, and clients.
- Provide legal support and advice on various aspects of the business, including compliance, intellectual property, and employment law.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the management team to identify and mitigate legal risks as the company expands.
- Understanding of contract law, commercial law, and corporate governance of UAE and GCC.
- Strong understanding of legal principles relevant to a medical research business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
