Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
Experience:
- In-Flight Service.In-flight Catering : 10+ Years
- 6+ years' experience in an inflight services position
- 3+ years' experience in a Cabin Crew Training management function
Knowledge / Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with Executives and Senior stakeholders
- A creative and agile approach to workplace challenges
- Regional experience is desired
- Understanding of airline regulatory environment and restrictions
- Broad understanding of airline planning and operations
- Hospitality industry experience
