Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including researching venues, suppliers, and event materials.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual equipment, and catering.
• Prepare and distribute event documentation, including invitations, agendas, and event programs.
• Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses.
• Communicate with event participants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in evaluating events and gathering feedback from participants.
• Assist in post-event follow-up, including sending thank-you notes and collecting feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event success.
