الوصف الوظيفي
- Works as a primary contact between marketing team and external suppliers to source for marketing production and required material such as printing press, digital printing, giveaways, banners, display stands, etc.
- Identifies suppliers, negotiates prices and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to out-source services with competitive rates and quality based on identified needs.
- Supports the marketing plans and campaigns across the entire Air Arabia network. Coordinates between marketing &CC team, Hubs/Outstation, E-commerce, suppliers and partner organizations thru confirming marketing requirements, and campaigns briefs received from Commercial Managers in terms of budget, quality; and design.
- Manages the system in terms of workflow thru prioritizing and delegating work to the creative and Studio team.
- Liaises with the creative team on agreed artwork to approve and facilitate timely production ensuring conformity with approved standards in terms of quality, quantity, delivery, distribution, display and publishing.
