Rigger - Onshore

• Liaise with business stakeholders in analysing and documenting Business Processes, both current and preferred
  
• Creating an AS-IS/TO-BE business process mapping (BPM) using BMPN 2.0 notation
  
• Analyse complex problems and processes to accurately understand clients business needs for new business solutions and enhancements
  
• Assist with Business Case development to justify allocation of resources for the implementation of an application
  
• Consulting with business, technology, and project stakeholders regarding business analysis and project success factors
  
• Assist informal evaluation of software systems that may be implemented
  
• Demonstrating core business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, process design, data analysis, and implementation support.
  
• Act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders to outline, design and implement new conversations, intents, and knowledge bases.
  
• Carrying out system testing and identifying critical defects.
  
• Managing communication, change and adoption across all relevant stakeholders
  
• Actively contribute and be part of an Agile environment and participate in daily SCRUM or Stand-ups, Sprint planning, and Retrospective ceremonies.
  

Requirements

• At least 7 years of proven experience in the successful management and delivery of technology or ICT related projects,
  
• Knowledge and experience in Business Analysis and Project Management methodologies.
  
• Proven capability and experience in working with organisations to assist the development of business concepts through to final delivery
  
• Proven experience working within small to large projects with a good understanding of project management methodologies
  
• Strong interpersonal skills, including both oral and written communication, and strong stakeholder engagement skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and effectively manage expectations.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of independence and professionalism, including prioritising and undertaking a varied workload and responding positively and flexibly to change.
  
• Must be based in Australia already and have full working rights.
